Meget kommerligge forhold, hadde ikke heis og med barnevogn og mye baggasje var dette slitsomt I trange trapper. Dårlig frokost og ellers slitte omgivelser.

staff are friendly. location was great. the one thing I have to introduce is the restaurant downstairs, it has the great price and best taste, you can have the cheapest price to eat freshest sea food there!!! you can ask the reception for a discount note then the restaurant will give you 5% discount! super big value!!！！ next time i will definitely choose this hotel again even the city surrounding was shit!!

facility was quite old and the room was bit small!! wifi only available in the meeting room and there is no save box in the bedroom

Location is very good for Naples/Pompei sightseeing.

The AC was very loud, beware of room 38 in that regard

Very close to the central station, but the neighborhood was a little dodgy. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast with possibility of homemade toast, cereals, juice and coffee. The bartender Manuel? Was very friendly and helpfull. Nice and quiet night due to the remaking of the plaza, which in the future will be a nice city square.

Hotel Ideal is a nice and clean hotel near to the central railwaystation of Naples. It really is an ideal place fot those who wants to live in a heart of city or just stay a couple of nights there before leaving to the islands of the coast. Breakfast is a good but tipical mediterranean breakfast with brioches and marmelades. It was nice to make some toasts with the grill of breakfast room!

There is no any ascensor so be prepared to pack your luggage until your room!

Good hotel for one night stay near Napoli Central Station for its price. Very convenient location - close to Napoli Central railway station (100m near the entrance). The room was clear. Very fast free wi-fi internet. Free (tasty) continental breakfast in the morning. It also has a restaurant for dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No elevator. But they have a man for carrying heave luggage to the upper floors. Sanitary equipment in bath is in poor condition. Poor water flow in shower. A little bit noisy due to large reconstruction on square in front of the hotel (probably you should ask a room w/o windows or located on opposite side). Poor door sound isolation (you are hearing all sounds from corridor).

everything in the hotel is old, hotel hasn't been renovated for ages set for preparing tee and coffe was posted on Booked.net, but was not available in the room small breakfast room dirty floor dirty knives, forks and spoons

Staff most helpful, especially when helping organise a trip to Pompeii. Locxation was perfect for access to railway station which was needed for a visit to Rome. Facilities are not luxurious, but perfectly adequate and, most of all, clean.

Only minor critcism was threadbare carpet on the staircase.

The room was cleaned every day, and the air con worked all day. The beds were very comfy, perfect to relax on after walking around Pompeii and Naples in the heat. It was in a great location in terms of the train station and the taxi to the airport was only about 15 minutes. The staff were very friendly. Great and cheap little restaurants nearby. Perfect stay.
